Two fabrics, two different results. Basic is smooth and taut; it traces the shape of the sofa and looks clean and simple. Velvet has a pile, drapes more heavily and makes the piece look more substantial. Both stretch and fit over the seat, back and armrests — which one you choose depends on how you want the sofa to look afterward.
About the Stretch Sofa Slipcover
- Fit by width — From 35 in for an armchair to 118 in for a four-seat sofa.
- Sectionals — A corner sofa needs two or three covers — this is noted with the sizes.
- Basic or velvet — Smooth and taut, or heavy and soft.
- Nine colors — From white and pale gray to coffee brown and dark blue.
- Washable — Take it off and put it in the washer as often as needed.
Once covered, the same sofa looks clean and simple or rich and heavy, depending on the fabric.
