How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 1 to 5 business days. Shipping then takes 7 to 9 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, regardless of the order value.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus any other options shown at checkout. All payments go through a secure connection.
Why is my order arriving in more than one package?
We ship from several warehouses. If you order items from different categories, they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
