Product Description
Cutting raw meat and fresh vegetables on the same board means washing it in between, or juggling two boards on a small counter. This board has two different surfaces: stainless steel on one side for meat and fish, and a wheat straw composite on the other for fruit, vegetables and bread. Flip it over and keep raw and fresh food apart.
About the Double-Sided Cutting Board
- Stainless steel side — A smooth, non-porous surface for raw meat, fish and thawing frozen food.
- Wheat straw side — A knife-friendly surface for chopping vegetables, fruit and herbs.
- Grinding zone — A textured patch on the straw side for crushing garlic or ginger.
- Handle cut-out — Lift it with one hand to carry or rinse it under the tap.
- Rubber-edged frame — A dark border keeps the board steady on the counter.
Trim the steak on the steel side, flip the board, and slice the salad right after.
